Diamond Jewelry will be exchanged at 100% of Purchase Price and returned at 80% of the Purchase Price.

All items sold by Hoyeon Diamonde are accompanied by a bill and a certificate. All returns and exchanges are conducted on presenting the bill. Goods cannot be exchanged or returned without a valid bill.


Products with visible and/or reasonable manufacturing defects are returnable and exchangeable without deductions within 1 week of the regular policy procedure. These products must be accompanied with a bill and a certificate (if given) else they will incur deductions.

If any Diamonds, Coloured Stones or any other constituents are missing, broken or damaged, the jewelry shall have to be re-appraised.

Estimates given for new orders for diamond jewelry may vary by +/- 10% – 20%

Orders shall not be put into production without any initial advance of 50% against the estimate. Customers should note that order estimates are, in fact, estimates and are subject to variation. However, customer consent is mandatory before any changes take place.

The management of Hoyeon diamonde reserves the rights to change any of the terms and conditions mentioned above without any prior notice or consent and without giving any reason for the same.

All disputes are subject to Bangalore Jurisdiction.

FAQs

  1. Will the making charges of jewellery be deducted during product exchange/buyback?

Ans. Yes. The making charges of the jewellery will be deducted during product exchange or buyback. The product’s value is determined by multiplying the current metal prevailing market price by the product’s net metal weight. All diamond/gemstone value will be evaluated provided that the diamond/gemstone weight and quality is approved by the Quality Check Department.  

  • Will the GST be deducted during product exchange/buyback?

Ans. Yes. The GST charges levied on the jewellery will be deducted during product exchange or buyback.

  • How should I package my jewellery for return or exchange?

Ans: Please pack the jewellery carefully in the original packing shared. The box should be bubble wrapped and placed in outer box sent with the original shipment. Original certificate, invoice and anything else sent with product must be returned to get aforementioned refund value. In case, the original certificate and invoice is not returned with the product, value for same will be deducted. If the product is damaged in transit due to incorrect packaging, the customer will have to bear the cost of damage. The customer should make a video while packaging product for reference during the refund/exchange process.

  • Can custom-made jewellery be returned or exchanged?

Customized jewellery is not eligible for return or exchange.

  • May I return any jewellery for buyback?

The Exchange/Buyback policy only applies to Hoyeon Diamonde-sold jewellery if the jewellery meets the quality criteria.

  • When will the amount of the buyback be credited to my account?

Ans: The amount will be credited to the customer’s account within 15 business days after the merchandise is returned to Hoyeon Diamonde and is cleared by the Quality Check Department, provided the customer shares the bank account details on time.

  • Will the discount applied at the time of purchase be deducted?

Ans. Yes. If the customer received a discount or a free gift at the time of purchase, the company will remove the amount of the original discount or the value of the free gift, as applicable.

  • What will be the shipping cost for exchanged products?

Ans: The consumer is responsible for the shipping cost associated with product exchanges, which vary based on their location.
